Citizens in Tazewell and Logan counties can learn more about saving money on their utility bills and protecting their savings and investments at two free Consumer Clinics July 9, sponsored by Senator Bill Brady.
The Consumer Clinics are scheduled for:
• July 9, 10:00 a.m. to noon, Morton Public Library, 315 W. Pershing St., Morton;
• July 9, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Senior Citizens of Logan County, 2810 Woodlawn Road, Lincoln.
During the free Consumer Clinics, representatives from the Citizens Utility Board and the Office of the Attorney General will work together to help consumers save money on their phone bills, and protect their savings and investments.
Informational legislative brochures will also be available.
Participants should bring their phone bills, and are asked to RSVP to Senator Brady’s office at 309-664-4440 by July 7.
